Praline di caprino, uva, miele e nocciole tostate - Goat cheese pralines with grapes, honig and toasted hazelnuts

(scroll down for the english recipe)

Buona domenica a tutti!

Goat cheese pralines with grapes, honig and toasted hazelnuts

In this period I am very busy studying German to prepare myself for a language exam that I will make in December. I don't find time to cook and photograph particular dishes, but today I want to suggest you a simple recipe for a delicious and spectacular appetizer! I made these pralines as finger-food for a buffet and they were really tasty. A great appetizer for the upcoming holiday season, certainly appreciated!

Have a good week!

Ingredients (unfortunately I have not counted how many pralines comes with this dose, I will tell you the next time I prepare them! ... or let me know if you try)

200g soft goat cheese
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
grape
honey
hazelnuts

1. Mix with a fork in a bowl, the goat cheese with the breadcrumbs until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 45 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan, then grind them. Wash and dry grapes.
3. Take the mixture from the freezer and make with the hands balls, slightly bigger than grapes.
4. Put a little bit of acacia honey in a bowl, dip in it each berry of grape and incorporate it in the center of the ball of cheese.
4. Roll each ball in the toasted hazelnuts. Place the pralines in the fridge for at least an hour, take them out about 15 minutes before serving.
